Welcome Students and Parents

From the links above, you can access course information such as the course syllabus, various course documents (ie. study guides, notes, handouts, readings, worksheets), and assignments for each of the courses that I teach for the 2011-2012 school year, I am currently teaching World Geography and World History.

I am no longer using edmodo.com to post any of the above information due to the site being unreliable regarding logging on and updating the site.

ATTENTION:

NEW STUDENT-PARENT PORTAL

Parents please read the attached document regarding the new Student-Parent portal that will be implemented district wide starting the week of March 28th 2011.

Here is some additional information that you may find useful:

1. The Parent Portal link on the district home page is still valid.

2. Every parent will need to create a NEW Parent/Guardian Account in order to have access.

3. The parent will need to link their student(s) to their account.  They will need the student's full 12-digit or 5-digit ID number.  This number can be found on interims & report cards.  If a parent cannot find the number, please call our guidance department.

4. Some common errors that are occurring:

a. The old Parent Portal used the parent's email address as the USERNAME. The new Parent Portal does not, and will not create the account if it is used.

b. Not using a strong password.  If the password is weak, the account will not be created.  There is an indicator bar displayed.

c. Not using the complete 12-digit ID number for the "Access ID."

d. Not entering the student's date of birth in 6 digits for the "Access Password" (ex. a birth date of 1/1/2011 would be entered as 010111).
